When making Greek yogurt, the yogurt and whey separate, right?

I looked it up!!! There are many good benefits, do you happen to know any healthy recipes?

 

I used to just throw it away before, but not only for eating.

They say that using whey when washing your face is good for the skin.

 

Somehow, it seems to reduce fat accumulation around the abdomen and also provides a feeling of fullness.

I think it would also be effective for dieting~

 

It's a bit wasteful to just throw away something good, but do you have any healthy recipes I can try?

      근데 세안을 해도 괜찮다고 하네요

    그릭요거트 유청 물이나 우유 두유 스무디 등과 섞어 쉐이크로 마시면 될거 같아요
