      겨울에는 구내식당에서 화요일 마다 챙기고 있죠

    저도 혈당 관리를 해야 돼서 식사를 할 때는 거의 상추를 빼먹지 않고 먹고 있답니다. 식이섬유가 풍부한 상추를 먹으면 혈당을 낮추는데 많은 도움이 된다고 해서 열심히 먹고 있답니다. 그리고 제가 나이가 들면서 소화력이 떨어지는 편인데 상추에는 섬유질이 굉장히 많아서 소화가 잘 되도록 해주더라고요. 오늘 저녁에는 상추랑 소불고기 싸서 맛있고 건강하게 먹어야 되겠어요.
