My health tip is to eat healthily!!
I always have a vegetable-rich meal at least once a day!
Meat with low vegetables and fat like this
We also cook and eat together, haha.
This way, it digests better than raw vegetables.
I like going to bed at night.
Or with raw vegetables
Eat delicious salad!!
The point to be careful about at this time!
It's not just eating vegetable salads.
Eat the appropriate amount of protein and carbohydrates as well!
Otherwise, health imbalance will occur, haha.
On mornings when raw vegetables feel burdensome
Please prepare vegetables with tomatoes.
Eating with tomatoes can help you feel full comfortably!
Even when eating out or ordering delivery food
I enjoy fresh vegetables!!
Eating like this helps blood sugar rise slowly and is good.
Secondly, I go for a walk or run after meals.
I also take a walk after meals.
I run more often.
Digest everything and go outside
I run for about 2-30 minutes!!
Of course, it's tough in weather like this these days.
It's good to do it early in the morning or in the evening!!
The advantage is that taking a walk after meals helps prevent blood sugar spikes.
And running really helps with losing weight!!
