As I get older, I'm worried about the "three highs" (high blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol). As everyone knows, I'm scared of blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. It's important to reduce animal fats and focus on healthy carbohydrates in my diet. Cutting down on bread and meat is really difficult and painful. I prepare one salad a day, with dried fruits, olive oil, and a healthy meal setup. I will enjoy a healthy and happy old age.
