Berries = Berries are rich in antioxidants. In particular, they contain a lot of anthocyanins, which are good for vascular health. This compound protects the walls of arteries from damage and prevents arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Grapes = Grapes help maintain healthy arteries and improve blood flow. According to a study, the antioxidants in grapes relax blood vessels and make them function more efficiently. Additionally, grapes make the blood less sticky, inhibiting inflammation and other molecules in the blood that can interfere with circulation.

Turmeric, a yellow spice mainly used in curry dishes, contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
