The name comes from the fact that the mashed tofu, stir-fried until fluffy in a pan, resembles "tofu rice." Tofu rice dumplings

I used rice paper, which is 15kcal per sheet, instead of wheat flour dumpling wrappers, which are 30kcal per sheet. Please dip only a light dab in the sauce! This way, you can fully enjoy the subtle sweetness of the vegetables while reducing the burden on your blood sugar and weight.

Tofu with an excellent soft texture

 

Tofu is a food rich in plant-based protein.

According to the National Standard Food Composition Table, 100g of tofu contains 9.62g of protein, so consuming one block of tofu according to the recipe can meet half of the recommended protein intake for adults.

Tofu helps maintain a feeling of fullness for a long time and aids in muscle building. Tofu is composed of over 80% water, and increasing the body's water content accelerates metabolism, which is beneficial for weight and blood sugar management.

    와 만두피가 라이스페이퍼의 딱 두 배의 열량이로군요. 라이스페이퍼도 열장이면 150kcal이김 하지만 만두에 비하면 반이니... 동네 아시안마트 가서 몇 봉지 사 재 봐야겠어요.
