I buy beets at my house and wash them thoroughly.

Beets are good for blood vessels and cholesterol, especially because of their red color.
They say it's good for anemia too, for me who gained weight and for diabetics.
I also eat good beet juice for my husband.
Another tip: adding color to water kimchi also makes it look pretty.
I like it because it's orange.
