Blood plays a vital role in our bodies. It regulates the body's metabolism and carries oxygen from the lungs to tissues and cells. You can purify your blood simply through the foods you commonly eat. The following foods are beneficial for blood health. Let's consume them consistently in appropriate amounts.

 

brown seaweed

 

Seaweed contains large amounts of blood-purifying components such as fucoidan, laminan, and chlorophyll. These components prevent blood clots and purify the blood.

 

tangerines

 

Tangerines contain Vitamin C, and citric acid, responsible for their sour taste, relieves fatigue and purifies the blood. The white fibers inside the peel and the flesh also contain Vitamin P, which strengthens capillaries. They are also rich in potassium, which helps excrete unnecessary sodium from the body.


sesame

 

Sesame seeds contain sesaminol and sesamin, which help keep the blood clean. When LDL cholesterol accumulates in blood vessels, the inside of the vessels thickens and narrows; sesaminol inhibits this process, thereby protecting the blood vessels. Sesamin helps lower blood cholesterol levels by inhibiting cholesterol absorption in the small intestine.

 

garlic

 

Allicin, the component responsible for garlic's distinctive smell, purifies the blood when combined with lipids. Consequently, it acts on platelets to prevent blood clots. Additionally, the scordinin component in garlic activates cells and promotes blood circulation, helping blood flow smoothly.

 

calamari

 

Squid and octopus contain taurine, a component that cleanses the blood. Taurine inhibits the action of the sympathetic nervous system, which raises blood pressure, and increases cardiac contractility, thereby increasing the amount of blood pumped out by the heart. It is effective in preventing arrhythmia and heart failure.

Seaweed is so good.

I ate seaweed soup again today, and

I also really like stir-fried seaweed stems.

 

Among fruits, it is tangerines.

I've been seeing a lot of tangerines lately.
