Blood plays an important role in our body. It governs the metabolism throughout the entire body and is responsible for picking up oxygen in the lungs and transporting it to tissues and cells. Even just by eating commonly consumed foods, you can purify your blood. The following foods help improve blood health. Consume them regularly in appropriate amounts.

 

Seaweed

 

Seaweed contains large amounts of fucoidan, laminarin, chlorophyll, and other components that purify the blood. These ingredients help prevent blood clots and keep the blood clean.

 

Tangerine

 

Tangerines contain vitamin C, and citric acid, which is responsible for the sour taste, helps relieve fatigue and purify the blood. The white fibrous layer inside the peel and the pulp also contain vitamin P, which strengthens capillaries. It is also rich in potassium, which helps excrete unnecessary sodium from the body.


 

Sesaminol and sesamin help keep blood clean. When LDL cholesterol accumulates in blood vessels, the inside of the vessels becomes thickened and narrowed. Sesaminol inhibits this process, protecting the blood vessels. Sesamin helps lower blood cholesterol by inhibiting cholesterol absorption in the small intestine.

 

Garlic

 

The allicin compound that creates the characteristic smell of garlic binds with lipids to purify the blood. Therefore, it acts on platelets to prevent blood clots. Additionally, the scolgynin component in garlic activates cells and promotes blood circulation, helping the blood flow smoothly.

 

Squid

 

Squid and octopus contain taurine, a component that purifies blood. Taurine suppresses the sympathetic nervous system's action that raises blood pressure and increases the heart's contractile force, thereby increasing the amount of blood pumped from the heart. It is effective in preventing arrhythmia and heart failure.

Seaweed is really great.

I ate seaweed soup again today.

I also really like stir-fried seaweed stems.

 

Among fruits, it's a tangerine.

These days, I see a lot of tangerines.

Eating one or two will clear your blood.

    미역이 너무 많이 좋죠 저도 좋아하긴 하는데,
