Sometimes, breakfast isn't enough. If you're hungry and feeling weak, try a healthy juice in the morning. The health benefits vary depending on the color of the food, such as red, orange, yellow, or green, so choosing the right juice can be fun.

 

Red juice is good for blood vessel health

 

red As the name suggests, liver juice contains red foods. These red foods contain phytochemicals called lycopene and anthocyanins. Lycopene strengthens blood vessels and has anti-cancer properties. Anthocyanins help eliminate harmful oxygen radicals in the body, which contribute to aging. Blend together red bell peppers, tomatoes, and half an apple with an appropriate amount of water.


▷Orange juice that reduces swelling

 

Let's make juice with oranges and cucumbers. Cucumbers have excellent water retention properties, which is great for reducing swelling and eliminating sodium. Cucumbers are rich in flavonoids, which promote diuresis and help eliminate sodium and waste from the body. Blending them with oranges also removes the bitterness and adds vitamins. However, since polyphenols are found only in the pumpkin's peel, be sure to wash the pumpkin thoroughly and blend it without peeling.

Green juice contains broccoli and banana. Broccoli is rich in dietary fiber. Dietary fiber promotes colonic movement after reaching the intestines, shortening the passage time of stool and increasing stool volume. However, the texture of ground broccoli is a bit rough. Therefore, adding ground banana for sweetness and smoothness and lemon juice for a refreshing flavor is recommended.
