Sometimes, I can't eat well in the morning. If you're hungry and feel weak, try drinking a healthy morning juice. The health benefits vary depending on the color of the food—red, orange, yellow, green—making it fun to choose and make.

 

Red juice good for vascular health

 

As the name "Red Juice" suggests, it contains red-colored foods. Red foods include phytochemicals called lycopene and anthocyanins. Lycopene is a component that strengthens blood vessels and has anticancer effects. Anthocyanins help eliminate harmful oxygen in the body that causes aging. Blend together with an appropriate amount of water, using red bell peppers, tomatoes, half an apple, and other ingredients.


Orange juice that reduces swelling

 

Let's make juice with oranges and cucumbers. Cucumbers have excellent moisture regulation abilities, making them good for reducing swelling and excreting sodium. Cucumbers are rich in a component called flavonoids, which promote diuretic effects and help eliminate sodium and waste products from the body. By blending and drinking them together with oranges, the bitter taste is eliminated and vitamins are replenished. The method is as follows: remove the spines from the cucumber and cut it into 3cm pieces. Peel only the flesh of the orange. Put the cucumber, orange flesh, and water into a blender and blend until smooth.

 

Yellow juice that prevents aging

 

Let's make a juice to prevent aging by blending tangerines and sweet pumpkins. Tangerines are rich in polyphenols and vitamin C, which inhibit reactive oxygen species that promote aging. Reactive oxygen species are oxygen molecules produced during the body's metabolic processes that enter through respiration, attacking biological tissues and damaging cells. Sweet pumpkins also contain polyphenols, making them effective in preventing aging and cardiovascular diseases. However, since polyphenols are only present in the skin of the sweet pumpkin, it should be thoroughly washed and blended without removing the skin.

 

Green juice to relieve constipation

 

Green juice contains broccoli and banana. Broccoli is rich in dietary fiber. Dietary fiber promotes colon motility after reaching the intestines, shortening the time it takes for stool to pass through the colon and increasing bowel movements. However, blending broccoli into a drink can result in a slightly coarse texture. Therefore, it is recommended to blend in a banana to add sweetness and smoothness, and to add lemon juice for a refreshing flavor.
