How many types of proper daily nutritional supplements are there?

I am supplementing my declining energy day by day with nutritional supplements due to aging.
At first, I started lightly with vitamin C, but now the types are gradually increasing to magnesium, probiotics, milk thistle, and sometimes even collagen.
Before I knew it, taking daily supplements has become a surprisingly diligent task to achieve my goals.
It definitely feels good when I eat it, but I'm honestly a bit confused about whether constantly taking all these supplements is really beneficial for my health.

    정말 많이 챙겨주시는군요.. 그래도 한꺼번에 먹으면 간에 무리가 갈 수 있으니까 따로 따로 하나씩 드세요

    사실 많이 먹는다고 좋은건 아니죠 중복되는 종합비타민제나 스쿠알렌같은 오일영양제도 그렇고 딱 두어개 정도 중복되지안게 성분표 보고 드시는게 옳은거 같습니다.

    저도 이것저것 챙겨먹는데 필수 영양제는 비슷하지만 
    각자 챙겨먹는게 조금씩 달라서 머라 말씀드리기가 곤란하네요
