I usually don't sleep straight and comfortably, and I feel discomfort in my lower back. When I toss and turn and lie on my left side, I find that I can sleep better when I feel some sense of comfort. I realize now that various factors might have contributed to this, and it's quite fascinating to me.

However, there are a few times when sleeping on the left side.

It is said that side effects that can occur with natural spine correction may appear.

I think that in terms of posture, lying flat keeps the spine straight, but turning to the side can cause some tilt, so I believe there are both advantages and disadvantages to each.

    아이 임신하고 난 후로는 태아에 좋다고 그렇게 자기 시작했거든요.
    그래서 지금도 습관적으로 왼쪽으로 자는거 같아요.

      습관적으로 왼쪽으로 저도 못 모르게 잠을 자곤 했는데 나름 걱정도 됐었지만 
      좋은 효과가 그래도 많다니 참 다행이죠~^^.
