Foods for preventing gastritis and healthy eating habits revealed.

 

To prevent gastritis, I frequently eat cabbage.

Cabbage contains a lot of vitamin U, which protects the upper mucous membrane and is good for people with gastritis or stomach ulcers.

 

Gastritis is defined pathologically as a condition characterized by infiltration of inflammatory cells into the gastric mucosa.

 

The causes of gastritis can include infection with Helicobacter pylori, consuming spicy foods, salty foods, or hard-to-digest foods that are currently popular, excessive alcohol consumption, stress, eating hastily, lying down after meals, and other unhealthy lifestyle habits.

 

Gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori requires essential hospital medication treatment.

I once had a burning sensation in my upper abdomen, and when I had an endoscopy, Helicobacter pylori was detected.

After a week of medication treatment, the pain disappeared, and since being cured, I am carefully watching my diet to prevent gastritis from occurring again.

 

To prevent gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori and other factors, the most important approach is to fundamentally reduce poor eating habits and lifestyle choices like those mentioned above.

 

If you are suffering from gastritis, it is good to frequently include cabbage and broccoli in your diet.

Both contain a lot of vitamin U, which protects the mucous membrane of the stomach, making it beneficial for people with gastritis or stomach ulcers.

 

Some people initially find cabbage hard to eat, but consciously including it in your diet can help prevent gastritis.

 

The most basic method is steaming cabbage and eating it as a wrap.

You can steam it in a steamer, but I only microwave as much as I can eat.

Green cabbage is soaked in water after adding a spoonful of vinegar, then rinsed before use.

 

If you wash and cut them in advance for stir-frying, you can frequently use them in any dish (such as chicken galbi, tteokbokki, stir-fried squid, pork bulgogi, etc.).

 

When eating foods that are somewhat difficult to digest, such as meat, adding plenty of vegetables like cabbage can help prevent gastritis.

I recommend adopting a healthy eating habit of frequently consuming cabbage before suffering from gastritis. 👍

    저도 일주일에 한 번 정도는 삶은 양배추를 먹습니다. 그런 여건이 안될 때는 양배추즙을 먹습니다. 위를 보호하는데 좋다고 하더라고요. 장기간 섭취해야 효과를 볼 수 있을것 같습니다.
