Seaweed Cold Soup Recipe Good for Gout

Seaweed is said to be good for gout.

Kim and seaweed like miyeok are mildly alkaline foods.

It is said to have the effect of dissolving uric acid, the main cause of gout.

It is said that drinking enough water and intake are better for uric acid excretion.

 

Seaweed Cold Soup

It's a treat during the hot summer.

Prevent gout and cool off from the heat at the same time.

 

 

Ingredients: seaweed, onion, Cheongyang chili pepper, sesame salt, carrot, paprika (you can add various vegetables)

 

Seasoning: a little soy sauce, salt, tuna fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, red pepper powder

I often use canned tuna in dishes, and it's also excellent for stir-fry recipes.

 

The cold water ratio is famous: 6416 (600cc bottled water, 4 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of salt, 6 spoons of vinegar)

Please add enough water to fully submerge the seaweed.

Seaweed quickly swells, so it needs more water than you might expect.

It doesn't matter about the pain. Place some vegetables at the bottom.

Please place the seaweed on top.

And then, place the remaining vegetables on top again.

After adding enough water to cover the broth,

Add per your preference: sesame salt, red pepper powder, and garlic.

Foods containing garlic need to be left for a day to mature.

      전 술은 좋아하는데 육류는 ㅎㅎㅎ
