Sharing three foods that help with dieting by providing a feeling of fullness
I would like to share three foods that helped me feel full and supported my diet, hoping it will be helpful to many people on their weight loss journey.
Dietary fiber provides a feeling of fullness when consumed, helping to reduce binge eating and overeating, and also aids in preventing constipation, making it an essential nutrient for dieting.
1. Cabbage
Cabbage, which cannot be missed when dieting!
Cabbage has a low calorie content of 20-30 calories per 100g and is rich in dietary fiber, making it helpful in preventing constipation that can occur during dieting. It is also good for stomach health because it is rich in vitamin U, which protects the stomach lining and helps regenerate it, preventing excessive stomach acid secretion. Since I have experienced symptoms of excessive stomach acid secretion, cabbage became an excellent diet food for me. It can be used in various dishes, and even when consumed in large quantities with its low calories, it is easy to eat without feeling burdened, making it the best diet food that provides a sense of fullness.
2. Nuts
Eating a handful of nuts before a meal can help prevent overeating and aid in dieting, so I consume them before meals. Nuts rich in unsaturated fatty acids can provide a feeling of fullness and help suppress appetite.
Nuts help increase the production of hormones that regulate appetite and are rich in dietary fiber, but they are high in calories, so consuming large amounts is not recommended.
Most people consume snacks after meals, but if you eat before a meal, it can give you a feeling of fullness and help with dieting.
3. Psyllium husk
More than 80% of psyllium husk is made up of dietary fiber.
It has excellent efficacy in regulating food intake by providing a high sense of fullness when consumed.
Psyllium husk promotes intestinal motility, effectively helps eliminate waste from the body, and also has excellent properties in promoting fat breakdown and regulating blood sugar levels, making it beneficial for those on blood sugar diets.
Psyllium husk, which attracts moisture when consumed with enough water, swells about 40 times in the stomach, creating a feeling of fullness that helps prevent overeating and aids in dieting.
These are three foods that help keep you full and are consistently consumed during dieting. I believe these foods are already familiar to those who are dieting, but I posted this in hopes of helping those who are just starting their diet.
