It combines with powerful antioxidants such as polyphenols, carotenoids, and anthocyanins to help block inflammation. It helps eliminate bad cholesterol that accumulates in blood vessels, making it effective in preventing vascular diseases. Consuming apples regularly has been consistently linked to a lower incidence of stroke (ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke). They also contain quercetin, which contributes to inflammation prevention.

 

Shiitake mushrooms... Contribute to lowering cholesterol and preventing inflammation

 

Rich in ergosterol, the precursor to vitamin D. It helps lower blood cholesterol levels and prevent inflammation. It contributes to the prevention of vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis. The American Heart Association (AHA) listed shiitake mushrooms as the top among the ten foods that increase good cholesterol (HDL) and decrease bad cholesterol (LDL).       생각보다 고기만 덜 먹는 편이요
