Eggs=

 

Eggs are a primary source of nutrients, including high-quality protein. Nearly half of the protein contained in eggs, as well as most vitamins and minerals, are found in the yolk.

 
The American Heart Association recommends eggs as a heart-healthy food for most adults. Egg yolks contain lutein, a carotenoid pigment that helps with eye health.

In one study, the risk of developing cataracts decreased by 26% when daily intake of zeaxanthin increased by 10 mg. Additionally, the risk of developing cataracts decreased by 6% for every 5 mg increase in vitamin A, a key nutrient found in eggs.

Salmon=
 
The strength of salmon lies in its rich content of high-quality protein and trace nutrients such as selenium and iodine. Additionally, fatty fish that live in cold water like salmon are considered one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

The higher the total intake of fats and cholesterol, the greater the risk of cataracts. Conversely, consuming more omega-3 fatty acids is associated with a reduced risk of developing cataracts. Omega-3 fatty acids can also be increased through walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.

Pumpkin=
 
Vitamin E and A are sources of nutrients that help eye health. If you want to reduce the risk of cataracts, consider pumpkin, which is rich in these nutrients.

A study showed that diets high in vitamin E and A are associated with a reduced incidence of cataracts. Just one serving of pumpkin provides 10% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin E and over 300% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin A.

Gold Kiwi
 
Vitamin C is a nutrient that can play a significant role in cataracts and eye health. According to research, higher levels of vitamin C in the blood are associated with a lower risk of developing cataracts.
