It is also good to check whether the product's labeling, including the expiration date, is clear. When drinking milk, it is necessary to check for any sediment or foreign substances, as well as to ensure there is no bitter taste or unpleasant odor.

Since milk is a fresh food product, refrigeration is essential. It is better to store it on the lower shelves of the refrigerator, where the temperature is relatively lower, rather than on the upper shelves.
