◇'Lactobacillus' is taken immediately after waking up

 

It's best to take probiotics on an empty stomach immediately after waking up. Taking probiotics immediately after waking, when stomach acid levels are at their lowest, can increase the survival rate of live bacteria. Taking them with water 30 minutes to an hour before breakfast can further enhance the effectiveness of probiotics.

 

◇'Vitamin' before breakfast

 

Vitamins B and C are also water-soluble vitamins that are best taken in the morning. Because they dissolve readily in water, they are better absorbed when taken before a meal rather than after, when food can cause fatty deposits in the digestive tract. Vitamin B, in particular, when taken 30 minutes before breakfast, helps eliminate accumulated overnight waste and converts breakfast into energy.

However, if you have a sensitive stomach, taking vitamin C on an empty stomach can cause heartburn. In this case, take it after a meal. Water-soluble vitamins are excreted through urine and other substances over time, so it's best to take them not only in the morning but also in the afternoon. However, be careful about taking them before bed, as their metabolic boosting properties can cause insomnia.

 

◇'Red Ginseng, Omega 3' before and after lunch

 

Red ginseng and omega-3 fatty acids are best taken at lunchtime. The ginsenosides in red ginseng have physiologically active properties, boosting vitality. Therefore, taking red ginseng before lunch can help alleviate post-meal lethargy and fatigue. Omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce blood lipids, are made from fish oil and can cause nausea due to their fishy smell. Therefore, it's best to take them after lunch. To reduce nausea, avoid taking them on an empty stomach and take them when you're relatively active.

 

◇Calcium and Garcinia Cambogia before and after dinner

 

Calcium supplements, known as a bone-building nutrient, are best taken in the evening. Calcium also has a calming effect on muscles and nerves, so taking it in the evening can help promote a good night's sleep. Furthermore, it's best taken after dinner, as it's absorbed better when combined with stomach acid secreted after a meal.

 

Garcinia cambogia is best taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before dinner. Garcinia cambogia inhibits the enzyme that converts carbohydrates into fat, reducing weight and body fat. Taking it before dinner ensures it reaches the intestines first, effectively preventing food from being converted to fat. Since it's primarily used for dieting, it's best taken during the evening mealtime, when meals are relatively large.
