(Blood Sugar Management) Tofu product for a single meal
Since tofu is said to be good for low cholesterol, I am having a tofu-based dish for dinner. Therefore, I would like to recommend two types of tofu products.
The tofu and mushrooms are seasoned well, and their flavors do not clash. They harmonize nicely. Therefore, I highly recommend it.
I recommend Tabasco Oriental as the source. I chose it as the recommended sauce, and I think there was a reason behind the recommendation.
The second is the soft tofu that can usually be easily found at the supermarket. I like Pulmuone's one-meal soft tofu with added oriental sauce. Some people dislike it because of the strong yuzu aroma, but I don't think this scent is bad. When I have no appetite, eating it can stimulate my taste buds enough to enjoy at least one piece of soft tofu with oriental sauce, so I often eat it.
