Ingredients: 6 small grilled yellow croaker fish, 1 onion, 2 chili peppers, 10 cm of green onion, 3 cups of water

Seasoning: 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce for soup, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon rice wine

 

First, please lay the grilled croaker on the pot.

Tip: You can add the sliced salman, but adding it as is enhances the flavor of the broth.

 

Please place onions, green onions, chili peppers, and minced garlic on top.

Tip: It is also good to add a little water celery or perilla leaves at the end.

 

3. Please add all the other seasonings.

Tip: Adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar also makes it delicious.

 

Please pour hot water as well.

Tip: You can also pour broth instead of water.

 

Please bring it to a gentle boil.

Tip: Please open the lid before cooking.

 

6. Once it boils, gently stir the contents and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
