Then, add a little starch and pancake flour to the shredded potatoes and mix to form a batter. Just enough to make the ingredients stick together. After that, heat oil in a frying pan and fry the batter thinly. Making it as thin as possible is important. When one side is cooked to a golden brown, flip it over and place cheese on top. If using frozen cheese, it's better to melt it beforehand. When the other side is cooked, the cheese should be melted just right, creating a delicious, gooey layer. Now, it's ready to eat.
