"Jangsu King Event" How I Did My Diet

First and foremost, it is most important to drink plenty of water. This is to ensure proper energy expenditure. When I was dieting, I usually maintained my regular meal portions and ate about one dinner meal per day to control my intake. I also think dividing meals into several smaller portions is a good method. Since I drastically reduced my food intake through exercise, I mainly walked, covering about 15,000 steps every day. It took about two months to lose approximately 20 kg, and now I am aiming to maintain that weight.

    에~~ 하루 한끼 식사에 15000보 걸었는데 2달에 20kg가 빠지셨다고요???
    대박.. 이게 가능한수치인가.... 저 식사조절하며 하루 2만보 1년여 걸었을때도... 3kg 뺀게 고작인데;;;;;;;;
