Vegetables are good for dieting.

I need to diet, but since I can't stick to a diet that reduces eating, I always end up failing.

Especially because I particularly enjoy eating, it's hard to endure not eating.

So, after searching, I found that the only thing that doesn't cause weight gain even when eaten a lot is vegetables, so I usually eat a lot of wraps.

Seaweed wrap, gompi wrap, cabbage wrap, napa cabbage wrap ...

Eating barley rice, which has fewer calories than white rice, prevents hunger and allows for a longer duration of dieting.Vegetables are good for dieting.
