I prefer ramen over snacks or bread.

When eating alone, it's usually easier to stick to ramen and fried rice.

 

Additionally, ramen can be used as a substitute for rice and is also suitable as a late-night snack, just by looking at who is eating it.

You want to eat ramen again.

Not only bag ramen but also cup ramen, I always kept them at home and ate them.

I think the hardest part was not eating ramen like this.

What should we make flour from?

 

Flour made by completely removing wheat bran from wheat grains, leaving only pure endosperm, is called white flour.

In a state where the bran has not been completely removed, with some of the endosperm and bran mixed together

Then why? It looks good and tastes delicious, so where could flour possibly be bad?

 

Are you aware that many of the foods you eat every day are harming our health?

Many people exercise for their health and also eat things that are said to be good for their bodies, but

More important than that is not doing anything harmful to the body.

 

Does flour cause excessive carbohydrate intake?

  

Flour is composed of over 70% carbohydrates.

Additionally, there are reports that a high GI (glycemic index) quickly raises blood sugar levels after consumption.

However, this is not only a problem with flour but also a problem with a diet that excessively consumes carbohydrates.

In fact, the rice that Koreans invest in through stocks has a carbohydrate ratio similar to that of flour.

And there are statistics indicating that gluten-free foods, which exclude flour, have a higher carbohydrate ratio than flour-based foods.

 

Another reason why flour causes excessive carbohydrate intake is because of its pleasant texture and taste.

Because it is eaten more than other ingredients.

Additionally, flour is also widely used as an ingredient for snacks outside of meals.

It is one of the reasons identified as causing excessive carbohydrate intake.

In our country, tests to diagnose celiac disease are not being conducted properly.

Therefore, we cannot rule out the possibility of additional celiac disease patients that have not yet been identified domestically.

 

Many additives are included when cooking flour.

 

Flour is used in many foods, mainly combined with additives that are not good for the body.

Most wheat-based processed foods such as ramen, bread, and snacks contain sodium, sugar, fructose, preservatives, and unhealthy fats.

It is prepared with large quantities added. Also, methods such as frying snacks and chicken in oil are commonly used.

This is not the cause of the flour, but one of the reasons why limiting flour can improve health.

Things that have changed after stopping flour for a month

There has been no change in weight yet.

I have a habit of stepping on the scale on an empty stomach in the morning.

Even on the days I stopped eating flour, I have been consistently checking my weight until now.

The numbers have not changed yet.

I lost 2-3kg in a week, but then I returned to my previous weight.

 

 

🥦 Insomnia (Quality of Sleep)

When it becomes 12 o'clock, I prepare for bed and lie down.

However, it takes a long time to fall asleep, and I feel like I haven't slept much.

When I open my eyes, I realize I haven't slept for a few hours, and the quality of my sleep wasn't very good.

The quality of sleep is gradually improving over time.

 

 

🥦 The weight in kg hasn't changed, but the body feels lighter.

Every morning when I wake up, I think to myself that I didn't exercise too intensely the day before, just barely.

Just walking ten thousand steps, but every day I felt as if I was carrying a thousand pounds, waking up exhausted.

However, I felt my body becoming lighter and lighter, as if I was waking up two weeks later, perhaps because I am slower than others.

 

 

More noticeable than InBody: eye-body effect

As I mentioned that the scale doesn't change, I don't think it's important.

"Use a mirror instead of a scale"

The moment I look in the mirror, I can feel the contours of my face and my outfit (clothing style) changing.

This might just be my own illusion, but it turns out not to be.

Employees find out first.

Are you losing weight these days? Your style looks different, haha.

Isn't this really a pleasant story?

 

 

A one-month challenge of not eating flour, accidentally started through a comment on a community post

We started in June.

Last weekend, I cooked one bowl of ramen and ate half of it while eating kimbap with my husband.

But it's been almost a month, and I find myself not eating hurriedly anymore, haha.

 

I now feel confident that I can eat less of the flour-based foods I started cutting out in June.

In July, rather than stopping, intentionally avoid seeking out and eating it.

  

I'm thinking of changing my goal to eating plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables during the summer season.

In conclusion, there is controversy over whether flour itself is harmful to the body, but

It is true that limiting flour has many health benefits.

It can reduce carbohydrate intake and eliminate possible gluten hypersensitivity.

You can quit various unhealthy foods.

 

My realistic suggestion is to limit flour intake for at least two weeks.

After observing the changes in your health, if there are positive aspects, I recommend continuing to limit flour intake.

If you are someone who usually experiences various symptoms caused by flour, you will be able to notice the changes.

This will serve as a major driving force in later restricting flour.

 

 

 

💌 TIP Don't give up halfway through

    The order of gaining weight and losing weight is different.

      맛난것들 특히 요즘은 카페들이 베이커리 대형 카페가 많고,  디저트로 유혹 많이 하잖아요ㅎ
      전 라면러버라서요 그쪽을 중점적으로 ㅋ
      안봤던거 같아요
      다행인건 남편은 라면보다는 떡,과자 러버라서
      1달 잘 견딜수 있었죠
      2주후부터 저는 달라졌던거 같아요.

      정말 그런거 같아요 
      시작이어려워서 그렇지, 시작하고 나면  언제든 결과는 나오기 마련이죠
      6월한달 그리 어렵지 않게 지나간거 같아요 ㅎㅎ
      이제 7월도 수월 하겠죠
      여기에 운동 조금  같이 병행하면 완전 퍼펙트 할거 같아요

    대단하세요~ 저도 라면 러버, 빵 러버인데..
    예전보다는 줄이고는 있지만, 아직 통밀로 넘어가진 못했어요.
    글루텐이 안좋다는걸 알면서도.. 온갖 유혹이 주위에 가득.. ㅠㅠ
    아이들도 어리다보니, 아이들 남긴건 또 먹게 되고~ 
    건강을 위해서 정말 식단을 바꿔야하는데 어렵고 어려운 숙제랍니다.

      식사 대용으로 라면 먹는거 너무좋아 하거든요

    주변이 다 밀가루랑 밀접한 음식들로
    가득해서 건강식품은 찾기가 어려워요.
    저도 혼밥하면 편하게 먹는 음식 위주로
    찾다보니 어쩔 수 없이 빵과 라면 과자밖에
    안보이네요 ㅠ  건강하게 먹는 것도 좋지만
    비용이 만만치 않더라구요..
    건강 식품이라도 접근성이 좋았으면 자주 
    찾아먹잖아요. 체계적인 시스템.. 이런 점이 
    많이 아쉽네요.
    사람들의 편의와 입맛을 위해서 무분별하게
    만들어진 온갖 첨가물로 중독되게 만들고
    병을 키우는 기업들의 폐허네요.
    저도 먹긴합니다만 답답하기는 해요.
    하루님은 한달 밀가루 끊기 해보셨으니
    더 자신감있게 밀고 나갈 수 있겠네요

      저도 커뮤에서 장난50% 로 시작을 했는데,
      전 라면 러버 잖아요 ㅋㅋ
      3끼전부라면되거 든요 
      2개는 못먹어도 라면은 골고루 잘 먹어요 
      국수요 무조건 곱배기죠 ㅎㅎ
      그런제가 라면하고  과자 빵부터시작을 했어요 
      6월 말 쯤 김밥 먹을때 
      라면 1/2정도 먹고 지금 까지
      라면은 아직이네요 
      빵이요 과자요 그냥 안보이면 안 찾게 되네요 
      직원들도 이젠 저한테 빵 . 과자 권하지도않고,
      사주지도 않아요 ㅋ
