Making a simple side dish with aged kimchi

My house's aged kimchi

The refrigerator suddenly broke down.

It's not really good enough to just eat itㅜ.ㅜ

So today, I tried making a simple seasoned aged kimchi.

 

Wash the aged kimchi thoroughly.

Fill a rice spoon completely with sugar and mix it well.

Then moisture also escapes, and the bitterness of aged kimchi is removed.

Wash the aged kimchi once more.

Add sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil, then mix everything together.

You can enjoy it as a side dish.

It is also very, very good to use when making kimbap.

Benefits of aged kimchi
