Diet is important, but I realize that I really can't do without exercise.
I consistently try to walk more than 10,000 steps in my daily life. Using the Cashdoc app is a win-win ^^
And I also do an additional thirty minutes of other exercises besides walking.
Because of high-intensity exercise, my heart rate often exceeds 180. Engaging in such high-intensity workouts makes it anaerobic, which helps preserve muscle strength and aids in dieting. Doing at least one intense workout is not difficult for dieting and seems to be a very helpful tip. ^^
Health and swimming are exercises I do comfortably.
