Cabbage Western cabbage ??

 

A cabbage called "Western cabbage." It has been cultivated since before Christ, and during the Greek era, it was loved as a medicinal plant, while in the Roman era, it was appreciated as a health food.

 

Cabbage is known to be rich in dietary fiber, which is good for constipation, and helps prevent stomach-related diseases such as gastritis and stomach ulcers. It is also a 'superfood' that is abundant in vitamins and minerals.

 

Cabbage contains other trace nutrients such as vitamin A, iron, and riboflavin, and is rich in fiber and antioxidants like polyphenols, which can help prevent heart disease, certain cancers, and vision loss.

 

It helps to suppress inflammation.

Do you just boil cabbage and wrap it with seasoned soy sauce, fermented soybean paste, or red pepper paste?

 

I'll tell you how to make cabbage roll kimbap, which allows you to eat a lot of cabbage.

Ingredients: green onion, cabbage, ham, 참나물 (Korean watercress), onion, (boiled cabbage, lettuce), olive oil, salt, oyster sauce, soybean paste.

 

First, the key to fried rice is the scallion oil.

After adding olive oil and salt to the green onions, sauté thoroughly, then add all the chopped vegetables.

Rice (2 cups of rice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, barley, lentils)

Please stir-fry a little soy sauce with the rice well (fried rice complete).

 

Even just eating like this is enough to be flavorful.

But we know how to enjoy delicious cabbage, right? It's by using seasoned soybean paste.

Place lettuce on top, add fried rice, and finish with spicy soybean paste.

Place lettuce over the seasoned soybean paste again and roll it up tightly.

Cabbage roll kimbap has a little rice and is seasoned with spicy soybean paste (with lots of Cheongyang peppers) haha

I like spicy food, so I added a lot of Cheongyang peppers, but you can make it to your personal taste.

 

For children who dislike cabbage, round and cute rice balls are a delicious snack that look appealing even to the eyes.
