About four years ago, my health started to decline, so I avoided bread, rice cakes, snacks, and fried foods that I used to enjoy. Since I have an elementary schooler’s taste, I used to eat a lot of instant foods like chicken, hamburgers, and pizza, which I think also contributed to my poor health. After that, I started eating salads. I have made sure to eat at least one meal a day since then. As a result, I regained my health and naturally started losing weight. I pay attention to choosing vegetables and salad dressings that suit my taste so I don’t get tired of them and continue to enjoy eating.
