I prioritize intermittent fasting for a healthy diet.
They say it's good to do it regularly, but sometimes I eat around 9 PM.
Usually, I am fasting for about 16 to 18 hours from after 8 PM until 2 PM the next day.
And in the morning, I wake up and drink a glass of lukewarm water...
Eat your first meal with fruits and vegetables. The types of fruits and vegetables vary each time.
These days, I am eating with tomato marinade made from tomatoes and onions.
Since tomatoes are in season and good for health, I plan to include them in my diet.
Cherry tomatoes and fresh onions with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, topped with parsley, make a delicious sauce.
And then, do some light exercise after meals~
These days, because it's hot, I usually go for walks after sunset.
I exercise by walking 10,000 steps, doing home workouts, and climbing stairs~
