I thought I wasn't the type to gain weight.
However, I am gaining weight in certain areas.
Walking 10,000 steps is a basic strength exercise. Home training. Running.
I am consistently doing it and trying to reduce carbohydrates.
I try my best and mainly eat multigrain rice.
Specifically, I don't follow a special diet and only eat two meals a day.
I prefer to eat fruit as a dessert.
I take various supplements.
Probiotics. Collagen. Biotin. Calcium. Magnesium. Zinc.
Omega-3. Multivitamins. Glutathione
Red ginseng. Stone pear. Gucci pong. Lingzhi mushroom.
Cabbage, zucchini, chili pepper, grilled egg, chicken breast
Fresh vegetables in season: cucumber, watermelon.
Enzyme powder. Protein powder. Oatmeal. Almond Breeze.
Walnuts. Almonds. Pine nuts. Sunflower seeds. Cranberries. Prunes.
It's not that I eat everything at once; I just feel it's lacking.
I usually take it regularly when I remember to take it.
Breakfast: simple probiotics, yogurt, water, apple
Lunch mainly consisted of homemade food: soybean paste soup, tofu, muk (acorn jelly), and chili peppers.
Dinner will be prepared with mother-in-law's recipes.
Eat less dinner than lunch.
Still, I don't want to gain more weight, so I am continuing to try.
Today, I made a salad. I eat it occasionally.
My goal is to maintain rather than to diet.
