I have lived thinking that dieting is an inevitable fate. So, it became stressful. I need to lose belly fat, but giving up delicious food and exercising was stressful. Therefore, dieting was just a word. I realized I couldn't go on like this, so I changed my mindset from losing weight to being healthy. I started stair climbing to eliminate waste, and I changed my mindset to detoxify with vegetable intake. By doing so, I began to consistently take care of my body.
