How to relieve headaches in your spare time: acupressure on the neck and eyes!
Headaches seem to occur more frequently than I thought.
Since I suffer from severe insomnia, I feel tired quickly even after just a little activity.
So, there is a habitual headache acupressure method.
There are two methods! If you have only your hands and no tools, you can do it easily~!
The first method is to make fists with both hands, lift the index fingers to create space inside, then
This is a method of gently pressing the area around the eye socket with your fingers.
Gently press the areas marked in red, including the upper eye socket and the lower bone.
The recessed area prevents the eyes from pressing down and feels surprisingly very cool!
The main point to be careful about is not to press too hard! Haha
The second method is to press the skull at the top of the neck.
You just need to click on the part marked in red.
You also need to press it gently, just a little bit, not too hard!
Applying pressure too strongly can actually be harmful!
Since I also do acupressure in this area, I feel refreshed and my headaches seem to lessen a lot :)
