Blueberries that kids love so much!!

My mom asks why blueberries are so delicious.

As I kept eating, I found blueberries to be really great..

I prefer eating fresh blueberries over frozen ones, and they are also widely cultivated in our country.

Blueberries, a fruit that is continuously enjoyed around this time of year!

I always buy and eat Chilean blueberries even in winter, haha.

Every morning, when I pack the kids' fruits, I also pack my own lunch fruits.

I always make sure to bring blueberries.

Did you know that the benefits of blueberries are incredible?

 

1. Improvement of eye health

Blueberries, a representative black food!! The antioxidant anthocyanin, which is abundant in blueberries, helps improve vision and protect the retina, contributing to eye health. It may also help reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. Eating them frozen can increase the levels of anthocyanin slightly. (Be cautious as it can raise blood sugar levels!)

2. Improvement of cognitive function

Did you know that blueberries help improve brain health and enhance memory, concentration, and learning ability?

Black foods seem to improve brain health.

3. Improving Heart Health

Blueberries are effective in lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol levels, and protecting vascular health.
