Peanut butter kale apple smoothie. (Blood sugar management smoothie)

 

You've probably heard that peanuts raise blood sugar slowly. So, I used to drink smoothies made only from apples and kale, but starting today, I added a spoonful of peanut butter. The nutty flavor definitely makes it more satisfying, turning it into a more filling meal. Of course, this can't replace a full meal, but eating a boiled egg along with it keeps me full until lunchtime.
