그래도 약을 복용하시면 괜찮아 지기는 하신가봐요..제 주변 한 언니는 약이 안들어서 그냥 쌩으로 버티더라구요..ㅠㅠ
I used to have only mild menstrual cramps, but as I approach menopause, my periods have become irregular and I also experience headaches. A few days before my period starts, I get a clear signal in the form of a migraine. The pain is so severe that tears flow down my face. After my period ends, the headaches fortunately disappear, but I wonder why they suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Every month, it's so exhausting to go through this cycle. Even when I lie down and rest deeply, the throbbing headache persists. I take Tylenol, which I didn't usually take, and it helps calm the pain. The medication works well. I hope the migraines associated with premenstrual syndrome will go away once the period is over. I also wish there were ways to eliminate these headaches without medication.
