First, cold compresses are said to be good.
If you press an ice pack on the back of your neck or forehead and get a headache, you can lie down with a towel wrapped around a cold pack.
It's so cool in this hot weather these days, killing two birds with one stone. Ah~
The second reason is that I like the lavender scent, so I placed lavender diffusers here and there.
The third is fluid intake.
It's good to drink plenty of water when a headache starts.
