Sometimes I experience migraines that come unexpectedly, and my condition often deteriorates. At first, I took various medications, but I was worried about developing tolerance if I relied too much on drugs, so now I avoid taking medication whenever possible. In my case, I think the headaches occur when I skip breakfast and when I don't get enough sleep. So, when I have a headache, I first eat something tasty and then find acupressure points to relieve the pain through acupressure. Surprisingly, it works quite well. The area marked in red in the photo is also an acupressure point, and although it’s not shown in the picture, there’s a bony protrusion just behind both earlobes, slightly down from the ears, where the indentation is. Pressing that spot surprisingly helps a lot.
