(Jangsu King Event) Headache Relief Methods
I press acupuncture points when I have a headache.
There is a nerve bundle at the back of the neck that goes up to the head.
Press firmly on that area, and it will hurt but feel refreshing.
If you do it a few times, you'll improve much more than before.
And having a headache means that your mind is feeling dizzy.
Thinking simply about everything and letting go of the burdens of the heart
It turned out to be more difficult than I thought.
So, I try to practice mindfulness.
Focusing on the present... it's actually not easy either.
The present moment while breathing. Focus on my body and mind as I breathe.
Any thoughts other than that are just blown away like the wind, haha.
If you keep going, you'll get a little better.
