My personal headache relief method: healing through music
Usually, I don't get headaches, but when something suddenly becomes bothersome, such as work or a situation, or when I am under a lot of stress due to an unwanted comment, and when communication with me is not smooth or my feelings are not understood.
As you experience increasing stress, headaches gradually develop.
It doesn't easily fade away, and seeing that person makes me even more stressed, which makes me feel frustrated. I want to avoid such situations myself and don't want to be tied down, so I'm looking for other ways.
At first, I only took headache medicine. But I kept buying too much headache medicine and kept taking it, and I realized that it wasn't protecting me, and I couldn't just keep taking medicine.
There are times when I have to keep going to buy medicine. When things become too difficult, I try to find new ways and seek methods to cope. To circulate my emotional state, I find mental relief and stability, and I heal through music to escape the situation.
It helps me achieve mental stability and calmness.
My way of coping with my headache is by listening to relaxing music.
