Children tend to like morning bread.

Sometimes, I don't finish it all, and whatever is left always goes to the freezer.

If you take it out and defrost it to eat, it can become quite dry.

Since it's the weekend, I made egg bread with morning bread~

 

The second one, I can't eat egg bread again, so...

Let's try making cheese bread~!!

 

Tear out the center of the morning bread for making egg bread, just enough so that the bottom doesn't tear.

Cut the morning bread in the middle to make cheese bread.

Egg bread is made by placing an egg in the center, poking the yolk with a fork to break it, and sprinkling a pinch of salt.

Place the butter below or on top. If you want to enjoy cheese egg bread, you can also add pizza cheese.

I just uploaded this because the stick cheese has expired.

It's a big egg crisis, but maybe because I didn't tear open the inside of the morning bread enough, it just spilled out haha

Put it in the air fryer and cook it~

Cheese morning bread is baked at 175°C for about 15 minutes~

Egg bread is baked at 175°C for 25 to 30 minutes.

If made with batter like castella, it would be the sweet and savory egg bread we used to eat~

It's a morning egg bread (?) that you can eat healthily even if it's a little less sweet.

It might be a bit greasy, so next time I was thinking of trying with pizza sauce. ^^

However, if you have an allergy to eggs, you should stop consuming them immediately.

Many people eat eggs while drinking tea, but the tannic acid in tea can coagulate with proteins, potentially causing constipation or indigestion, so be careful with that too~

And if you eat eggs before taking medication, it can put a burden on your stomach and potentially cause digestive issues or diarrhea, so try to avoid eating eggs before taking your medication whenever possible~~

 

Lastly, the most important!! Eggs should be avoided because consuming them with persimmons can cause food poisoning or acute gastritis. I really didn't know this.. Maybe persimmons and eggs don't go well together~ Note note!!!
