My personal blood sugar management diet: chicken breast and vegetable kimbap

For blood sugar management, I try to eat chicken breast vegetable kimbap for dinner~~^^

The ingredients are seaweed, brown rice, chicken breast sausage, scrambled eggs, lettuce, perilla leaves, chili peppers, and either stir-fried anchovies or stir-fried dried squid.

Even if it's brown rice, only a little bit is added~

A generous amount of chicken breast, scrambled eggs, and vegetables~~~

It tastes so delicious when you roll it up and eat it~^^

High in protein and fiber, so even eating half a portion keeps you full~ I recommend it.
