My personal method for blood sugar management is eating multigrain rice.

I used to always eat white rice because I liked it, but now I switch to multigrain rice to manage my blood sugar levels.

At first, I thought it didn't taste good, but as I kept eating, it became delicious and good for my health.

Mixed grain rice has a low glycemic index, making it very good for blood sugar management.

Mixed grain rice contains 3 to 4 times more fiber than white rice and is also rich in nutrients such as magnesium, iron, vitamin B, zinc, and vitamin E. I plan to continue eating mixed grain rice for blood sugar management.
