Cabbage and egg kimbap after fasting exercise ๐

After fasting exercise, I made diet kimbap by wrapping eggs filled with cabbage slices.
It can also be called mortgage kimbap.

Ingredients are
Cabbage slices
2 eggs
2 green chili peppers
Stir-fried carrot strips (leftover from the previous day)
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Imitation crab sticks and pickled radish (optional) were included.

Rice is important in kimbap.
If you don't put it in, the kimbap will burst easily.
At the end, spread about a spoonful of mixed grain rice made with oats, barley, and white beans.

If you get used to multigrain rice, you won't want to eat plain white rice.
Even if you eat it in small two-line portions, the cabbage makes you feel full and it becomes a hearty meal without worrying about gaining weight.
