After working hard on my diet, if I accidentally overindulge on a cheat day, I know from experience that it can completely ruin my diet. As someone who has gone through this enough times, I enjoy seafood sashimi with minimal oil.
Since I really like seafood and it's also nutritionally excellent as a high-protein food, I would say it's an unbeatable cheat day menu.
Wouldn't it be wonderful to add a glass of non-alcoholic zero beer here?
