To manage blood sugar levels, eat multigrain rice and vegetables.

I used to like plain white rice, so I only ate white rice.

By the way, I heard that white rice raises blood sugar levels.

Since then, I have been eating multigrain rice every day.

Now, seeing only white rice in a bowl feels somewhat unfamiliar.

Certainly, multigrain rice adds a richer, nuttier flavor and also gives a sense of psychological comfort.

It was good to receive.

And I like meat for side dishes, so I ate it, but I am also eating vegetables along with the meat.

I am also trying to eat vegetables and meat first before carbohydrates whenever possible.

I'm planning to gradually change my diet to try to lower my blood sugar.

    잡곡이나 현미밥이 좋다는건 아는데
    실천이 안되요... 한끼라도 먹어봐야겠어요
