관리 잘 하고 계시네요 항상 응원할께요 ~^^
My personal blood sugar management method: I have borderline diabetes.
Exercise is important for diabetes, and so is diet.
As someone who believes eating is more important, I will introduce my personal eating routine.
In the morning, I wake up and drink a glass of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach, then consume about 10 frozen blueberries. I start my breakfast with barley powder and Purutin mixed with milk. I also take brown rice cornflakes.
Since I usually buy lunch, I mainly eat Korean food as much as possible, but it's not easy as a working person. Instead, I take a blood sugar supplement made from banana peel extract before lunch and then have my meal.
Flour-based foods, such as hamburgers, are not allowed.
After lunch, I take various supplements such as vitamin C, a multivitamin, and omega-3.
I am drinking a car parking lot.
I enjoy snacking on peanuts, almonds, and walnuts between lunch and dinner.
For dinner, I mainly focus on vegetables and lean proteins. I eat brown rice or mixed grains for over 90% of my rice intake. I enjoy Cheongyang chili peppers and fresh onions. I also make sure to eat green vegetables 100% without fail.
After dinner, I take a light walk about 20 to 30 minutes later, averaging around 2,500 to 3,000 steps.
I drink water at home with lemon slices added to bottled water.
Meal management has been ongoing for about 25 days.
Stay as far away as possible from flour-based foods~

I ordered chicken just once.
I'm really trying my best to make a living.
Since changing my eating habits, I initially felt a significant reduction in fatigue. Shopping for just about 30 minutes used to cause eye fatigue and was very exhausting... but now, those symptoms are remarkably gone, which is quite amazing.
A smooth bowel movement every day haha
Should I say I feel lighter? My condition has greatly improved, and the most important thing, blood sugar, has dropped from 120 to below 100.
Before managing my meals, I used to eat ramen every other day, and I enjoyed snacks and soda daily. On weekends, I often had chicken and pizza. I believe that just cutting these out can help maintain basic health.
