My blood sugar management method is to drink it with zero.

I really like carbonated drinks.

You should drink a glass of soda after having a meal or a snack.

I feel like I enjoyed the food and it makes me feel refreshed.

I know how bad carbonated drinks are, but it's already a fixed habit, so I can't completely stop.

It's not easy to cut it off.

So, the best method I came up with is to avoid consuming carbonated drinks as much as possible.

It's my first time, but when I can't hold back and eat, I try to drink zero.

Since zero options are rarely available at regular restaurants, I tend not to eat them.

Or because they go out on purpose to buy it, so they don't eat it when it's not prepared in advance.

Trying to drink zero-carbonated water, even if just a little.

It seems like it will help with blood sugar management.
