My blood sugar management involves having my first meal as a vegetable and fruit dish.
Since it's the first meal after intermittent fasting with a usual 16-hour fasting period, I pay extra attention.
So, I base it on cabbage, add apples and roasted mushroom garlic, and occasionally include other fruits like blueberries and strawberries depending on the season.
I also eat fried eggs there for protein~
Cabbage becomes easier to eat when lightly steamed in the microwave because it wilts.
Also, the sauce isn't for commercial sale; by pouring sesame oil with Aesabi and lemon juice, you can create a surprisingly delicious meal.
