For blood sugar management, I use cabbage rapé.

Blood sugar management is most important through how you eat. Instead of white rice, eat multigrain rice, and the side dishes should be less刺激 and eaten plainly. Among the things I've tried, cabbage rapé seems to be fresh, clean, and delicious without getting boring. It goes well with whole grain bread and is also tasty with multigrain rice. The recipe is very simple. Finely shred the cabbage, salt it and let it sit for about 20 minutes, then just mix in 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of whole grain, and a little pepper.
