100% peanut butter is thick and rich, so even a spoonful before a meal is really good for blood sugar management.
I often ate apples for breakfast, and they really kept me full.
These days, apples are so expensive that I can't even think about buying them 😭😭

Not eating donuts naturally helps with dieting, but
